Born on January 21, 1940, in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Altagracia’s journey was marked by grace, humility, and unwavering dedication to her family and community.

To commemorate her life, a Visitation will be held on Saturday August 22, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Compagnola Funeral Home- 5th St., located at 4405-07 North 5th St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Altagracia are invited to gather in reflection and to share memories of a remarkable woman.

While Altagracia Serrano De Jesus is no longer with us in the physical sense, her enduring spirit and the love she gave so freely will echo in the hearts of all who knew her. May her memory continue to bring comfort and inspiration.
