Carmen Roman Rosa, a beloved member of her family and community, passed away peacefully at home on June 27, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on February 16, 1944, in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Carmen lived a life dedicated to love and kindness, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Carmen was known for her loving personality, always extending warmth and compassion to friends and family alike. Her commitment to nurturing relationships created a bond with her family that will be cherished forever. She carried her Puerto Rican heritage with pride, imparting its rich culture and traditions to her family, ensuring that her legacy would be celebrated through the generations.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation, which will be held at Compagnola Funeral Home located at 4405-07 North 5th St., Philadelphia, PA 19140, on July 8, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and again on July 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following the visitation, Carmen will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery, located at 4301 N Front St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. The burial service will commence at 12:00 PM on July 9, 2025.
