Born on January 19, 1957, in Utuado, Puerto Rico, Carmen's journey was one marked by resilience and grace.  Carmen's life was a testament to strength and dedication. Throughout her years, she touched many hearts with her unwavering spirit and quiet kindness. Her memory will remain cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.  The community will come together to honor Carmen’s life on April 10, 2026, beginning with a viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Compagnola Funeral Home - 5th St., located at 4405-07 North 5th St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. Following this, a prayer service will take place from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., providing an opportunity for reflection and remembrance.  Carmen will be laid to rest with dignity and respect at Greenmount Cemetery, 4301 N Front St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. The burial service will commence at 12:00 p.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m., bringing closure to this solemn day.  We honor Carmen Colon Santos for the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind. Her presence will be profoundly missed, yet forever remembered within the hearts of those who knew her. May her soul find eternal peace.

Con profundo respeto anunciamos el fallecimiento de Carmen Colón Santos, quien partió de este mundo el 2 de abril de 2026 en Filadelfia, Pensilvania. Nacida el 19 de enero de 1957 en Utuado, Puerto Rico, la vida de Carmen estuvo marcada por la resiliencia y la gracia. Su vida fue un testimonio de fortaleza y dedicación. A lo largo de los años, tocó muchos corazones con su espíritu inquebrantable y su bondad serena. Su recuerdo permanecerá vivo en la memoria de todos aquellos que tuvieron la fortuna de conocerla. La comunidad se reunirá para honrar la vida de Carmen el 10 de abril de 2026, comenzando con un velorio de 9:00 a. m. a 10:30 a. m. en la Funeraria Compagnola - 5th St., ubicada en 4405-07 North 5th St., Filadelfia, PA 19140. Posteriormente, se llevará a cabo un servicio religioso de 10:30 a. m. a 11:00 a. m., brindando un momento para la reflexión y el recuerdo. Carmen será sepultada con dignidad y respeto en el Cementerio Greenmount, 4301 N Front St., Filadelfia, PA 19140.
