Cristhian Aviles

Cristhian Aviles, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away suddenly on May 4, 2025, at the age of 38 in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania. Born on February 1, 1987, in Puerto Rico, Cristhian was known for his fun-loving and hard-working nature, traits that endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Cristhian was a proud Marine, serving his country with dedication and honor. His military service shaped much of his character, instilling in him values of discipline, teamwork, and commitment that he carried into his personal life.

He is survived by many cherished family members who are left to remember and celebrate his life. His wife, Margie Aviles, and their daughter, Kristen Aviles, were the center of his world. Cristhian's love and devotion to his family were evident in everything he did. He was also deeply loved by his father, Santos Aviles, as well as his brothers Hector Navas, Santos Issac Aviles, Santos Ivan Aviles, and Alexander Aviles. Cristhian shared a special bond with his sisters, Sonia Torres and Lisandra Aviles, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

A visitation will be held on May 14, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Compagnola Funeral Home located at 4405-07 North 5th St., Philadelphia, PA 19140, followed by burial services at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

Cristhian Aviles will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, resilience, and the love he shared with his family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of joy and devotion that will continue to inspire those who knew him.
