Evelyn "Mimi" Rivera

With great sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved mother, Evelyn “Mimi” Rivera, 52, on February 27th, 2021. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 31, 1968. Evelyn attended Edison High School, grew up around 9th and York St, and spent most of her life in North Philadelphia. She never married but devoted her life to her four children and many grandchildren. She was survived by her children Isabel Lisa Miranda-Drone (Shaun Drone), Amanda Miranda-Colon (Anthony Colon), Israel Miranda Jr (Shaneah Roberts), and Nina Miranda-Miller (Marcus Miller), her 15 grandchildren; Serenity Colon, Makai Miranda, Samara Miller, Lucas Colon, Jaiden Miranda, Elijah Drone, Hannah Miller, Seth Colon, Amiyah Miranda, Aliyah Miranda, Nia Maya Drone, Isaiah Miller, Zena Colon, Ahmad Miranda, and Ameen Miranda plus her 3 bonus grandchildren; Khalil Drone, Autumn Roberts, and Layla Stones
