Hilda G. Elías

July 28, 1952, in the town of Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Hilda Elias was born, Daughter of the late Francisco Elias and Francisca Cruz Sierra.

Memories are to be cherished by her beloved husband Gilberto Baez, her loving children Vanessa Santiago (Alexander) and Carlos E. Sanchez, 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, siblings Sonia Pagan & Luis Elias, a series of nieces and nephews and also in the lives of those who loved her dearly.

Hilda is preceded in death by her brothers Juan Elias and Jose Antonio Elias, and her beloved son.

Hilda accepted Christ as her Savior in 1988. In August 1996 Hilda along her husband Gilberto Baez and 2 children were sworn in as Pastors at Iglesia Edificando Casa Para Dios in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She later moved with her family to Philadelphia to Pastor Iglesia Sendero de Luz Alpha & Omega Inc. 

 At the age of 71, Our Heavenly Father called our Beloved Sheppard to his Devine Presence in the early morning of May 18, 2024. May her legacy and testimony of dedication, passion, example of life, and discipleship forever live in the hearts of those who loved Hilda dearly.

Relative, friends and well wishers are called to Hilda´ Life Celebration service Thursday Evening May 23, 2024 at Iglesia Luz del Evangelio Alpha & Omega Inc. located at 1742 N. 7th Street. Philadelphia, PA, 19122. Visitation hours are set to begin at 5:30 PM, with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM, concluding all service at 10:30 PM.

A final visitation will be held Friday May 24, 2024, at Iglesia del Evangelio Alpha & Omega Inc. beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 11:00 AM.

The funeral procession is set to arrive to Hilda´ final resting place at Greenmount Cemetery located at 4301 N. Front Street. Philadelphia, PA,19140. at around 12:30 PM Friday May 24, 2024.
