Janaya LaRose, a loving individual, passed away suddenly and tragically on December 3, 2025, in Philadelphia. Born on July 3, 1983, in Brooklyn, New York, Janaya was cherished by many throughout her life.

As a devoted mother, Janaya poured her love and care into her sons, Jahnai and Briann, nurturing them with strength and compassion. Her motherly instincts extended beyond her immediate family, making her a source of support and kindness to those fortunate enough to know her. Janaya's resilience and dedication shone in her every endeavor, embodying a profound sense of duty and affection.

Janaya is survived by her beloved sons, Jahnai and Briann, and her parents, Kim and Bazil, who will always remember the joy she brought to their lives. Her loving nature and hard work left an indelible mark on all who crossed her path.

A visitation for Janaya will be held on December 17, 2025, at Compagnola Funeral Home located at 4405-07 North 5th St., Philadelphia, PA, starting at 9:30 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM. This gathering will allow family and friends to honor and celebrate her remarkable life and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
