We regretfully inform you of the passing of Luis A. Ortiz on Friday, March 1, 2019. Family and friends are invited to gather for his viewing Friday, March 8, from 6 to 9 pm. There will be a final viewing the next day from 9 to 10 am with a prayer service to follow. The burial will take place at Greenmount Cemetery.
