Miguel Rivera Gomez

Miguel Rivera Gomez nació en San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico el 29 de septiembre de 1951. Falleció el 15 de agosto de 2026 en Filadelfia, Pennsylvania a los 74 años de edad.

Hijo de: Aurelio Rivera Garcia y Cesaria Gomez Huertas, Miguel es uno de cinco hermanos y nueve hermanas. Se dedicó a la construcción y a la mecánica; era amante de los animales y al juego de dominos.

Su pasatiempo favorito era escuchar música mientras se mecía en la hamaca (cualquier hamaca que apareciera) Siempre fue una persona dada al servicio de todos sin esperar nada a cambio.

Hijos: Miguel Jr., Jose Juan, Jerry, Belinda y José Antonio

Nietos: Armando Isaac, Coralis Beliz, Miguel III, y Alex Jariel

Biznietos: Joshua, Nataniel Erik, Adnileb, Aneyshla, Jerry Daniel, y Dariel.

Miguel deja un legado de familiares y amistades que lo recordarán con el cariño y el respeto que él se ganó.

Miguel Rivera Gomez was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, on September 29, 1951. He passed away on August 15, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the age of 74.

Son of Aurelio Rivera Garcia and Cesaria Gomez Huertas. Miguel was one of five brothers and nine sisters. He worked in construction and as a mechanic. Loved animals and playing dominoes. His favorite pastime was listening to music while relaxing in a hammock (any hammock available). Miguel was always willing to help others without expecting anything in return.

His children: Miguel Jr., Jose Juan, Jerry, Belinda, and Jose Antonio.

Grandchildren: Armando Isaac, Coralis Beliz, Miguel III, and Alex Jariel

Great-grandchildren: Joshua, Nataniel Erik, Adnileb, Aneyshla, Jerry Daniel, and Dariel.

Miguel leaves behind a legacy of family and friends who will remember him with love and the respect he earned. The Rivera family sincerely appreciates all your support and condolences during this time of sorrow. We ask that you keep us in your prayers so that the Lord may shower us with peace and strength.
