Rosa Echevarria, a beloved woman of faith and loving spirit, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was born on November 28, 1942, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, and embraced life with a warmth and kindness that touched the hearts of those around her.

Rosa was known not only for her unwavering faith but also for her profound love for family and friends. Throughout her life, she embodied the values of compassion and generosity, always offering her support and encouragement to those in need. Her presence was a source of comfort and joy, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she enriched.

A visitation will take place at Holmesburg Methodist Church, located at 8118 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136, on October 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life at the same location from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and share cherished stories of Rosa's life. Following the celebration, her burial will occur at Greenmount Cemetery, located at 4301 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19140, at 12:30 PM.
