Teresa Marie Gonzalez

Teresa Marie Gonzalez, age 28, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. Born on May 16, 1998, Teresa was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, and sister whose smile and sweet spirit brought joy to everyone who knew her.

Teresa faced health challenges from birth, but she lived with strength, courage, and a joyful heart. She loved listening to music, adored Disney princesses, and found happiness in life’s simple moments. Her smile could light up a room, and she touched the hearts of so many.

Teresa was raised by her devoted grandmother, Mabel Rodriguez, whose love and care never wavered. She also shared a very special and loving bond with her father, Steven Gonzalez, who was a constant source of love and support in her life.

She is survived by her grandmother, Mabel Rodriguez; her father, Steven Gonzalez (Tina); her brother, Steven Jr.; and was deeply loved by her uncles, including Rafael (Angela), Tommy, and Julio; her cousins; extended family; and the many nurses who cared for her throughout her life.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Teresa’s life during a viewing at Compagnola Funeral Home, 4405 N. 5th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140, on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Though Teresa’s time here was too short, the love she gave and the happiness she brought to others will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
